It is the full automatic measurement and the identifying device which measure the outside diameter of a ferrule highly efficiently.
An inspection method throws in a work in a parts feeder, carries out direction distinction, and carries out laser measurement.
The maximum and the minimum are set in advance and the outside diameter of a work is measured.
3 position cylinder is used at the time of work discharge.
The outside diameter of a work is measured by three places and sorted out by three kinds such as LARGE, OK, and SMALL.
Various setup is possible by a touch panel.

- 800 measurement/hour is possible by SC type (when it is three-point measurement).
- Measurement can be chosen from one point to five points, and is set up by the required number of the point of measurement, and tact time.
